C&rsquo;est toujours une r\u00e9ussite, car tout le monde se r\u00e9gale avec le saumon. On m\u00e9lange tout dans un bol et ensuite le cake cuit tout seul dans le four le reste du temps. Mail il n\u2019a pas peur, il gonfle et cuit pour prendre un joli bronzage dor\u00e9.\u00a0Une petite astuce pour \u00e9viter des accidents au moment du d\u00e9moulage est de placer un rectangle de papier sulfuris\u00e9 \u00e0 la base du moule et \u00e7a sort tout seul.<\/p>\n<p>Voici la recette. Hacher finement la ciboulette et les feuilles d\u2019aneth.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">R\u00e2per le zeste du citron. Faire attention d\u2019\u00e9viter la partie blanche, car \u00e7a donne de l&rsquo;amertume.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper le saumon fum\u00e9 en petits carr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition un demi-litre d\u2019eau avec le laurier.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Baisser le feu, ajouter un peu de sel et faire fr\u00e9mir le saumon jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il change de couleur (5 minutes environ).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9goutter le saumon, laisser ti\u00e9dir, enlever le peu et les \u00e9ventuelles ar\u00eates et le couper en morceaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Battre les \u0153ufs dans un bol, puis incorporer la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, un peu de jus de citron et le beurre fondu.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">M\u00e9langer la farine avec la levure chimique et la pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Tamiser ce m\u00e9lange de farine et l&rsquo;incorporer dans le bol en fouettant. On doit obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter les deux saumons, l&#8217;emmental et le zeste de citron. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Beurrer et fariner un moule \u00e0 cake.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper un rectangle de papier sulfuris\u00e9 de la m\u00eame taille que la base du moule et le disposer au fond. \u00c7a va faciliter le d\u00e9moulage.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Verser la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 cake dans le moule.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner environ 45 minutes \u00e0 mi-hauteur. Si la surface du cake est trop dor\u00e9e pendant la cuisson, placer une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 dessus pour l&#8217;emp\u00eacher de br\u00fbler.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson, piquer le cake au centre avec un couteau. S\u2019il en ressort propre, le cake est pr\u00eat. Sinon, le cuire un peu plus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser le cake refroidir dans le moule 10 minutes, puis s\u00e9parer le cake des parois du moule avec un couteau et le d\u00e9mouler.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C\u2019est pr\u00eat.
