Couper la partie s\u00e8che du pied et les tailler en morceaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois l\u2019oignon tendre, ajouter les champignons, remuer et faire revenir de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer les \u201cgulas\u00a0\u00bb et faire sauter encore 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un bol, battre les oeufs avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer l\u2019emmental r\u00e2p\u00e9 et le contenu de la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Assaisonner avec de sel, du poivre et de la muscade selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Cuisson au four :\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 175\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e sur une surface farin\u00e9e en forme de cercle.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Transf\u00e9rer la p\u00e2te dans le moule \u00e0 quiche beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9 et couper l\u2019exc\u00e9dant. Faire de trous avec une fourchette sur toute la surface.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer un cercle de papier sulfuris\u00e9 au fond de la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Remplir de billes de cuisson ou de l\u00e9gumes secs et enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur pendant environ 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois cuit, enlever les billes ou les l\u00e9gumes secs ainsi que le papier sulfuris\u00e9 et verser la garniture.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner \u00e0 nouveau de 25 \u00e0 30 minutes. Piquer au centre avec un couteau pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson. La quiche est bien cuite s\u2019il en ressort propre.
