Les ciseler finement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Peler le chorizo et le couper en petits cubes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, faire chauffer 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l\u2019huile est chaude, faire revenir l\u2019oignon \u00e0 feu moyen doux, environ 5 minutes, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit tendre et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement translucide. Remuer de temps en temps.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter l\u2019ail, m\u00e9langer et faire revenir 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de plus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le chorizo \u200b\u200bet faire revenir encore 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer les palourdes de l\u2019eau. Ne pas utiliser une passoire ni vider l\u2019eau en tenant les palourdes avec la main, car dans les deux cas, on risque de prendre du sable au fond. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les ramasser \u00e0 la main.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter les palourdes dans la po\u00eale, les feuilles de laurier et le vin blanc. Couvrir et faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les palourdes soient ouvertes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver le persil frais et le hacher finement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque les palourdes sont ouvertes, les placer dans les assiettes, verser la sauce restante et parsemer avec du persil.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C\u2019est pr\u00eat.
