La chistorra est une des charcuteries espagnoles \u00e0 base de porc et de paprika. C\u2019est typique des r\u00e9gions du Pays Basque, Navarre et Aragon. On peut dire qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un type de chorizo tr\u00e8s mince qui ressemble un peu aux merguez. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s bon juste grill\u00e9es \u00e0 la plancha ou \u00e0 la braise d\u2019un barbecue consomm\u00e9 juste avec du pain dans un sandwich (bocadillo) ou sur une tartine (pintxo). Coup\u00e9s en morceaux ils sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s comme tapas \u00e9galement et sous la forme de feuillet\u00e9 on est en face d\u2019un amuse-bouche tr\u00e8s classique. Je vous pr\u00e9sente ma version, que l\u2019on peut faire avec de la chistorra ou du chorizo \u00e0 griller. C&rsquo;est id\u00e9al pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro ou pour un pique-nique.
