Les spaghettis aux palourdes sont vraiment rapides \u00e0 realiser et tr\u00e8s faciles. Pendant que l\u2019on attend l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition, pr\u00e9parer les palourdes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen et faire dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement l\u2019ail.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter les palourdes, assaisonner avec un peu de sel et faire revenir quelques minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les palourdes soient ouvertes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mouiller avec un trait de vin blanc et continuer la cuisson de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de plus pour que l&rsquo;alcool s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9teindre le feu et r\u00e9server les palourdes \u00e0 couvert pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019elles refroidissent.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l\u2019eau bout, ajouter une bonne cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sel et quand elle bout \u00e0 nouveau faire cuire les spaghettis le temps indiqu\u00e9 par le fabriquant pour les laisser \u00ab\u00a0al dente\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9goutter les spaghettis et les passer imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec les palourdes.
