Ajouter la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika fort et la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de paprika doux. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter maintenant la farine et remuer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Remettre la po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen et faire cuire la farine de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le bouillon et bien m\u00e9langer pour qu\u2019il ne se forme pas de grumeaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Assaisonner avec du sel selon le go\u00fbt et laisser r\u00e9duire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce \u00e9paississe l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Passer la sauce au mixer et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher les pommes de terre. Les couper en morceaux irr\u00e9guliers de la taille d\u2019une bouch\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver les morceaux de pomme de terre avec de l\u2019eau froide pour enlever l\u2019amidon. Bien \u00e9goutter.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer une abondante quantit\u00e9 d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais ou dans la friteuse \u00e0 150 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Bien s\u00e9cher les morceaux de pommes de terre avec un chiffon propre ou du papier absorbant.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l\u2019huile est chaude, faire frire les pommes de terre environ 7 \u00e0 8 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les pommes de terre soient tendres \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer les pommes de terre et faire chauffer l\u2019huile \u00e0 feu moyen fort jusqu\u2019\u00e0 170\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire frire \u00e0 nouveau les morceaux de pomme de terre de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les frites soient dor\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois dor\u00e9es, les retirer de l\u2019huile et les laisser reposer 2 minutes sur du papier absorbant pour qu\u2019elles perdent l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019huile.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler les frites l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, les placer dans l\u2019assiette \u00e0 servir et distribuer de la sauce brave dessus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C\u2019est pr\u00eat.
