On trouve plut\u00f4t des peaux \u00e9paisses chez les bouchers, et des peaux fines dans les rayons des supermarch\u00e9s..<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver les pommes de terre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer les pomme de terre et le saucisson dans une cocotte ou casserole et couvrir d&rsquo;eau froide.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Apr\u00e8s 20 ou 25 minutes de cuisson, v\u00e9rifier si les pommes de terre sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuites. Pour ce faire, percer avec un couteau. Si il rentre facilement, elles sont cuites. Si non, faire cuire encore quelques minutes et refaire le test.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois cuites, les retirer et les r\u00e9server chauds \u00e0 couvert.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Apr\u00e8s environ 40 minutes de cuisson, arr\u00eater le feu et \u00e9goutter le saucisson.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Peler les pommes de terre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper le saucisson et les pommes de terre en tranches de 1 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur environ.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les rondelles de pomme de terre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C\u2019est pr\u00eat. Servir imm\u00e9diatement saupoudr\u00e9 de persil hach\u00e9 et accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;un peu de moutarde et d\u2019une salade verte.
