Pour permettre \u00e0 l\u2019assaisonnement de bien p\u00e9n\u00e9trer le gigot, malaxer le l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une cocotte compatible avec la cuisson au four, faire chauffer 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 feu vif.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l&rsquo;huile est bien chaude, saisir le gigot d&rsquo;agneau de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer la viande et dans la m\u00eame huile ajouter \u00a0les carottes, les oignons, les \u00e9chalotes et les gousses d&rsquo;ail.
