Vu que l\u2019on utilise la peau pour aromatiser le lait, il faut \u00e9viter la partie blanche de la peau, car elle pourrait donner un go\u00fbt amer \u00e0 notre pr\u00e9paration.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen, ajouter le lait et faire dissoudre le sucre. Ajouter \u00e9galement les zestes de citron et d\u2019orange, le b\u00e2ton de cannelle cas\u00e9 en plusieurs morceaux et le rhum.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9teindre \u00a0le feu d\u00e8s que le lait commence \u00e0 bouillir, couvrir et laisser reposer environ 10 minutes pour infuser les parfums.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen, dissoudre le miel avec de l\u2019eau et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avec le zeste de citron et d\u2019orange, la cannelle en morceaux, le rhum et \u00e9ventuellement l\u2019anis \u00e9toil\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque le sirop a \u00e9paissi, couvrir et laisser infuser.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9goutter le lait pour enlever facilement la cannelle et les zestes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper le pain rassis en tranches, environ 1,5 \u00e0 2\u00a0cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Tremper les tranches dans le lait avec du rhum, de 1 \u00e0 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la mie soit tr\u00e8s juteuse.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, faire fondre 1 noix de beurre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un bol, bien battre 1 \u0153uf. Si pendant la pr\u00e9paration, ce n\u2019est pas suffisant, en battre un second.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Passer les tranches de pain dans l\u2019\u0153uf et laisser tomber l\u2019exc\u00e8s. Les transf\u00e9rer tout de suite dans la po\u00eale chaude.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire dorer de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Continuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 finir les tranches de pain.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couvrir le pain perdu avec le sirop de rhum et miel.
