Changer l&rsquo;eau toutes les 6 ou 8 heures.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver le poivron rouge et le couper en deux sur la longueur puis en travers. Retirer les graines et couper en lani\u00e8res les 4 morceaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Peler les pommes de terre, les laver et couper les en morceaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper la morue en morceaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Broyer les tomates au mixer avec les gousses d&rsquo;ail pel\u00e9es, les clous de girofle, une pinc\u00e9e de sel et \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre. Tamiser \u00e0 travers une passoire fine et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, faire chauffer 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire dorer la morue l\u00e9g\u00e8rement 2 \u00e0 3 minutes pour lib\u00e9rer son jus. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans la m\u00eame huile, ajouter le poivron et le faire suer environ 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter les pommes de terre et faire revenir 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de plus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter les tomates, remuez et laisser r\u00e9duire.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant ce temps, faire chauffer le fumet de poisson. La quantit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire varie en fonction du type de riz. J\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 2,5 fois le volume de riz rond. Cela d\u00e9pend aussi si vous voulez un riz avec de la sauce ou pas.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le riz, remuer et mouiller avec le fumet de poisson chaud. \u00c9galement ajouter la feuille de laurier et 2 ou 3 brins de persil frais avec les feuilles.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser cuire le riz environ 10 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Puis baisser le feu et mijoter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le riz soit tendre comme d\u00e9sir\u00e9 (5 \u00e0 10 minutes). Go\u00fbtez le riz avant d&rsquo;arr\u00eater la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser reposer environ 15 minutes couvert avec un torchon propre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C\u2019est pr\u00eat !
