Changer l&rsquo;eau tous les 6 ou 8 heures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un grand bol, ajouter la farine et le beurre coup\u00e9 en cubes. Bien m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance sableuse.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Assaisonner avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter l&rsquo;\u0153uf et un tout petit peu de lait.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">P\u00e9trir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance lisse et homog\u00e8ne, il faut ne pas trop p\u00e9trir.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Former une boule, la recouvrir de film plastique et la laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9paration de la garniture.\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9pluchez l\u2019oignon et le ciseler finement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, faire chauffer 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter l&rsquo;oignon et le faire revenir \u00e0 feu moyen-doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit tendre et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement translucide.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper la morue en morceaux. Enlever la peau et les ar\u00eates.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer la morue \u00e0 la po\u00eale et la faire revenir avec les oignon de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un bol, battre les oeufs avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter l&rsquo;oignon et la morue. M\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Assaisonner avec de sel, du poivre et de la muscade selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer l\u2019emmental r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Cuisson au four\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 175\u00baC.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Sortir la p\u00e2te du frigo et l\u2019\u00e9taler en cercle sur une surface farin\u00e9 avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Beurrer et fariner le moule \u00e0 quiche.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Transf\u00e9rer la p\u00e2te dans le moule \u00e0 quiche et couper les bords.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer une cercle de papier sulfuris\u00e9 pour prot\u00e9ger la p\u00e2te et remplir le moule avec des l\u00e9gumes secs ou de billes pour la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur pendant environ 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois pass\u00e9 les 15 minutes, enlever les boules ou les l\u00e9gumes secs ainsi que le papier sulfuris\u00e9 et remplir avec la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la morue.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner encore de 25 \u00e0 30 minutes environ. Pour d\u00e9terminer si la quiche est cuite, piquer un cure-dent dans le centre. Se il en ressort propre la quiche est pr\u00eate.
