Remuer de temps pour \u00e9viter de br\u00fbler.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, ajoutez le jambon et faire revenir de 1 \u00e0 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9ventuellement, ajouter la cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de coulis de tomates et laisser r\u00e9duire.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Verser le vin blanc et laisser r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu moyen. Assaisonner de sel et poivre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Bien s\u00e9cher les Saint-Jacques avec du papier absorbant.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer deux Saint-Jacques avec leur corail dans chaque coquille et couvrir avec la sauce.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer les coquillages sur une plaque de cuisson, en utilisant des tas de gros sel pour les positionner. Pour cela, les tremper deux d&rsquo;heures dans l&rsquo;eau froide avec du sel. Changer l&rsquo;eau 1 ou 2 fois.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez faire ce plat avec des Saint-Jacques surgel\u00e9s. Cependant, \u00e9viter la d\u00e9cong\u00e9lation au micro-ondes.
