Pour ce faire, mettre la morue dans l&rsquo;eau froide dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et la garder au moins 24 heures. Changer l&rsquo;eau toutes les 8 heures pendant le dessalage.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire tremper les \u00a0pois chiches dans l&rsquo;eau froide pendant au moins 12 heures avant de pr\u00e9parer la recette.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois les pois chiches tremp\u00e9s et la morue dessal\u00e9e, nous pouvons commencer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9goutter les haricots et les transf\u00e9rer dans une cocotte. Remplir d&rsquo;eau froide suffisamment pour couvrir les pois chiches plus un ou deux doigts au-dessus<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Peler et laver l&rsquo;oignon. Le couper en deux. Piquer les clous de girofle sur l\u2019une des moiti\u00e9s. Ciseler l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher les gousses d&rsquo;ail et les diviser en deux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer \u00e0 la cocotte les pois chiches l\u2019oignon clout\u00e9, l&rsquo;ail et les feuilles de laurier.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire cuire \u00e0 couvert les pois chiches \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 1 heure et demi \u00e0 deux heures d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9bullition. Le temps de cuisson peut varier selon le type et la taille des pois chiches. Pendant la cuisson, v\u00e9rifier de temps en temps s\u2019il reste assez d\u2019eau. Sinon, ajouter un peu d\u2019eau chaude. Remuer la cocotte quelques fois pendant la cuisson. Go\u00fbter les pois chiches pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant la cuisson des pois chiches, placer les oeufs dans une casserole et les couvrir d\u2019eau. Porter l\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et faire cuire les oeufs 8 minutes d\u00e8s que l&rsquo;eau commence \u00e0 bouillir. Une fois cuits, les laisser refroidir, les peler et les couper en morceaux, en quartiers ou en rondelles.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale et faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon cisel\u00e9 \u00e0 feu doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit tendre et translucide. Ajouter la cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika, m\u00e9langer et retirer rapidement du feu.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver les \u00e9pinards, couper les tiges et les hacher grossi\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper la morue en morceaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque les pois chiches sont tendres, retirer l\u2019oignon clout\u00e9s, l&rsquo;ail et les feuilles de laurier.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le m\u00e9lange d\u2019oignon et paprika aux pois chiches, remuer et incorporer aussi les \u00e9pinards et la morue. Laisser cuire pendant de 5 \u00e0 10 minutes selon la taille des morceaux de morue.
