Je l&rsquo;ai coup\u00e9 en 8 portions.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer face \u00e0 vous les morceaux de fromage, un bol avec l&rsquo;\u0153uf battu et un bol avec la chapelure.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Un par un, enrober d\u2019\u0153uf chaque morceau de fromage, puis le rouler dans la chapelure, puis dans l&rsquo;\u0153uf \u00e0 nouveau et enfin dans la chapelure. Assurez-vous que la chapelure couvre uniform\u00e9ment chaque portion.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser refroidir le fromage dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 15 bonnes minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale ou une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais, faire chauffer beaucoup d&rsquo;huile pour la friture. Il doit y avoir assez d&rsquo;huile pour couvrir compl\u00e8tement les morceaux de fromage pendant la friture.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Quand l&rsquo;huile est chaude (170\u00baC plus ou moins) faire frire les morceaux de fromage 1 ou 2 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Sortez-les et laissez-les reposer quelques minutes sur du papier absorbant ou une grille pour qu&rsquo;ils perdent l&rsquo;exc\u00e8dant d&rsquo;huile.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat ! Servir imm\u00e9diatement. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les faire frire en plusieurs fois.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous remarquez que le fromage commence \u00e0 couler, les sortir tout de suite.
