Avant d&rsquo;arr\u00eater la cuisson, assurez-vous que les endives soient tendres en les per\u00e7ant avec un couteau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dej\u00e1 drainer les endives avec une passoire pour qu\u2019elles perdrent autant d&rsquo;eau que possible.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9parer la b\u00e9chamel.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper le fromage bleu en petits morceaux. Enlever la croute.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une grande casserole, faire fondre le beurre \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Quand le beurre est fondu, ajouter la farine. Laisser cuire la farine quelques minutes de sorte qu&rsquo;elle perde son go\u00fbt cru.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Maintenant, ajoutez un tiers du lait et bien m\u00e9langer avec un fouet ou une cuill\u00e8re en bois jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la sauce devienne onctueuse et tr\u00e8s \u00e9paisse.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter un autre tiers du lait et bien m\u00e9langer. Laissez \u00e9paissir quelques minutes en remuant fr\u00e9quemment.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Puis ajoutez le reste du lait et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfin, ajoutez les morceaux de fromage et laisser fondre \u00e0 feu doux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Montage<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 175\u00baC \u00a0, feux vo\u00fbte et sole.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Beurrer un grand plat allant au four ou des r\u00e9cipients individuels.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer une fine couche de b\u00e9chamel.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Rouler chaque endive dans une tranche de saumon et les placer dans le plat allant au four.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couvrir les endives avec le reste de la sauce b\u00e9chamel.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur une demi-heure environ, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit dor\u00e9 selon votre go\u00fbt. Vous pouvez utiliser la position grill du four 2 \u00e0 3 minutes avant la fin.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat. Laisser reposer quelques minutes avant de servir.
