Cette recette est assez facile, bien qu\u2019elle puisse sembler un peu longue. Normalement j\u2019y ajoute pas mal d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients, mais une version simple avec que du poivron, de l\u2019oignon et de l\u2019ananas est aussi bonne. N\u00e9anmoins je considere que la recette que je vous d\u00e9crit ici est excellente.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;autre part, et ceci est vraiment important, la sauce aigre-douce est le secret pour r\u00e9ussir ce plat presque comme dans votre restaurant chinois pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. Il faut pl\u00fbtot acheteur la sauce aigre-douce dans une \u00e9picerie asiatique. Enlever les \u00e9ventuels morceaux de graisse. Couper le saut\u00e9 en cubes de la taille d&rsquo;une bouch\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te. Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer avec un fouet la farine avec la levure chimique et une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Verser l\u2019huile de tournesol, puis l&rsquo;eau en plusieurs fois. Bien m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile de friture \u00e0 feu moyen dans une po\u00eale ou une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais. Il devrait y avoir assez d&rsquo;huile pour bien couvrir les morceaux de viande.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l&rsquo;huile est chaude, un par un, enrober les morceaux de viande dans la p\u00e2te et les plonger dans l&rsquo;huile chaude. Faire frire par petites quantit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire dorer 3 \u00e0 4 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient bien dor\u00e9s de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s selon votre go\u00fbt. R\u00e9server sur du papier absorbant ou une grille afin d\u2019enlever l&rsquo;excedent d&rsquo;huile.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">R\u00e9p\u00e9ter les \u00e9tapes ci-dessus jusqu\u2019\u00e0 finir tous les morceaux de porc.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lavez les poivrons et les couper en morceaux de la taille d\u2019une bouch\u00e9e. N\u2019oublier pas d\u2019enlever les graines et les parties blanches \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher et laver l&rsquo;oignon, le couper en deux, puis chaque moiti\u00e9 en grands carr\u00e9s.S\u00e9parer-les.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Peler la carotte et la couper en rondelles d&rsquo;un demi-centim\u00e8tre d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9goutter les fruits au sirop et ainsi que les morceaux de bambou.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un wok ou une grande po\u00eale, faire chauffer \u00e0 feu vif quelques cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile de tournesol.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter l&rsquo;oignon, les poivrons et la carotte. Faire revenir environ 5 minutes \u00e0 feu vif, en remuant constamment.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter les pousses de bambou et faire revenir 2 minutes de plus, en remuant constamment.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, incorporer les fruits et le porc et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfin, couvrir avec de la sauce aigre-douce.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire cuire quelques minutes de plus pour marier les saveurs.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est tout.
