Tous devant ce plat, que nous fait crier et \u00eatre press\u00e9s pour demander en premier nos morceaux de lapin pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s&#8230; avec mes parents au milieu\u00a0pour\u00a0la r\u00e9solution des\u00a0\u00e9ventuels\u00a0conflits entre les enfants et pour essayer aussi d&rsquo;obtenir aussi un des ses morceaux pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Voici la recette. Doucement pour pas trop enlever la peu.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter les gousses d&rsquo;ail enti\u00e8res \u00e0 la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire dorer 1 minute, en levant un peu la po\u00eale pour bien couvrir l&rsquo;ail d&rsquo;huile.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Salez le lapin selon le go\u00fbt et le ajouter \u00e0 la po\u00eale .<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire frire \u00e0 feu moyen, en remuent\u00a0fr\u00e9quemment, pendant 20-25 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 touts les morceaux sont dor\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer les gousses d&rsquo;ail des que elles sont bien dor\u00e9es et\u00a0r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c0 la moiti\u00e9 de\u00a0cuisson, on peut ajouter un peu de vin blanc.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque le lapin est bien dor\u00e9, \u00e9teindre\u00a0le feu, ajouter l&rsquo;ail et le persil et remuer\u00a0doucement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !
