Incorporer l\u2019\u0153uf, l&rsquo;huile et l&rsquo;eau. Bien m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer un doigt d&rsquo;huile de tournesol dans une po\u00eale bien large (\u00e0 170 \u00b0 C). L&rsquo;huile doit \u00eatre bien chaude mais ne doit pas fumer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Un par un, prendre les rondelles d&rsquo;oignon avec des pinces, les tremper dans le m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u0153uf et de farine, puis les passer \u00e0 la po\u00eale. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez cette \u00e9tape jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 remplir la po\u00eale, les anneaux ne doivent pas se monter les uns sur les autres.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire dorer \u00e0 feu moyen d&rsquo;abord d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, puis de l&rsquo;autre. Normalement 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 suffiront. Les retirer de la po\u00eale avec les pinces et r\u00e9server sur du papier absorbant ou un grille pour enlever l\u2019exc\u00e9dant d&rsquo;huile.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les \u00e9tapes ci-dessus jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vous avez termin\u00e9 avec toutes les rondelles d&rsquo;oignon.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !
