Cette recette est certainement la cr\u00eape sal\u00e9e le plus courante, mais \u00e7a n\u2019emp\u00eache pas qu&rsquo;elle soit parmi mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es. C\u2019est \u00e0 dire, faire fondre \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il commence \u00e0 sentir la noisette. Laisser ti\u00e8dir.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la farine avec l\u2019\u0153uf battu, le lait et la bi\u00e8re. Ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sel selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, incorporer le beurre fondu et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser reposer 1 heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Cuisson des cr\u00eapes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire fondre le reste du beurre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper le jambon en morceaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer une cr\u00eapi\u00e8re \u00e0 feu moyen-fort. Graisser le fond Avec du beurre fondu avec un pinceau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter environ 75 \u00e0 100 ml de p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes et bouger la crepi\u00e8re afin de bien \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Cuire pendant 1 minute et retourner la cr\u00eape avec une spatule en bois. Assurez-vous pr\u00e9alablement que la cr\u00eape se d\u00e9tache de la cr\u00eapi\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c0 feu moyen, casser un \u0153uf au milieu de la cr\u00eape. \u00c9taler les blancs sur la cr\u00eape avec une spatule et laisser le jaune au milieu.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saupoudrer avec de l\u2019emmental r\u00e2p\u00e9 et des morceaux de jambon autour du jaune.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque le fromage commence \u00e0 fondre, en utilisant la spatule replier les c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la cr\u00eape pour faire un carr\u00e9 en laissant l\u2019\u0153uf au milieu \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert, comme le montre la photo.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat.
