Compacter bien la couche du dessus. Il n&rsquo;y a pas besoin de couvrir compl\u00e8tement la t\u00eate ni la queue.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Humidifier un peu la surface avec quelques gouttes d&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner pendant 20 minutes pour une cuisson \u00e0 point. Ajouter 5 minutes de plus pour un poisson bien cuit.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer du four et laisser reposer \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Casser la cro\u00fbte de sel d&rsquo;un coup sec et d\u00e9gager la dorade.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Avec une cuill\u00e8re et une fourchette, enlever la peau et le premier filet du dessus. Ensuite, d\u00e9gager l&rsquo;ar\u00eate dorsale et apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;autre filet. Faire pareil avec chaque dorade. Le filets sont tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 s\u00e9parer et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ils sortent entiers sans trop de probl\u00e8mes. Si vous avez utilis\u00e9e des daurades sans les vider, attention de ne pas toucher l&rsquo;estomac.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !
