Faire chauffer \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature pendant\u00a030 secondes, le sortir et remuer. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter cette op\u00e9ration jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le chocolat soit bien fondu.
