Tailler grossi\u00e8rement en morceaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Peler et laver les gousses d&rsquo;ail. \u00c9craser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer les pommes, les prunes, l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail avec les feuilles de laurier, 1 trait d&rsquo;huile d\u2019olive et le jus du demi citron.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler et poivrer la farce selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Garnir le poulet et r\u00e9server le reste.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Fermer le poulet avec des cure-dents.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Graisser l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du poulet avec du saindoux ou du beurre. Saler et poivrer \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur aussi.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer le poulet sur un plat allant au four et enfourner environ 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, ajouter le reste du m\u00e9lange de prunes et pommes. Placer \u00e9galement la branche de thym.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Baisser la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 175\u00b0C et cuire 1 heure et demie.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant la cuisson, arroser le poulet avec son jus. Faites-le plusieurs fois pendant la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Au bout d&rsquo;une heure et demi, mettre le four en position grill et faire dorer la peau du poulet selon votre go\u00fbt, d&rsquo;abord d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 puis retourner et faire dorer l&rsquo;autre cot\u00e9. Ne pas oublier d&rsquo;arroser le poulet.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat ! Laisser reposer quelques minutes avant de servir. Vous pouvez retourner le poulet pour qu&rsquo;il soit plus jolie dans plat.
