Dans le cas o\u00f9 on utilise du congel\u00e9, toujours prendre\u00a0le produit cru c&rsquo;est plus savoureux. Sinon, passez \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une grande casserole, faire\u00a0chauffer de 2 \u00e0 3 litres d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 feu vif.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l&rsquo;eau bout, ajouter environ 25 g de sel par litre. Remuer pour dissoudre le sel.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Attendre que l&rsquo;eau recommence \u00e0 bouillir et ajouter les crevettes. R\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Poursuivre la cuisson jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les crevettes commencent \u00e0 flotter. Cette \u00e9tape ne devrait pas prendre plus de 3 ou 4 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Si les crevettes sont congel\u00e9es, les laisser cuire pendant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes de plus selon la taille\u00a0dans l&rsquo;eau fr\u00e9missante. Tester\u00a0une crevette chaude pour v\u00e9rifier si elles sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuites.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant\u00a0la cuisson des crevettes, pr\u00e9parer un grand bol avec de l&rsquo;eau, du sel et des gla\u00e7ons.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois\u00a0les crevettes cuites, les retirer de l&rsquo;eau chaude et les plonger directement dans le bol avec l&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laissez refroidir et \u00e9goutter.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !\u00a0Juste avant de servir, saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.
