Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes. R\u00e9server les blancs pour une autre pr\u00e9paration (on peut les\u00a0congeler).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque le lait commence \u00e0 bouillir, \u00e9teindre le feu, couvrir et laisser infuser pendant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">M\u00e9langer au fouet les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs avec le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs. M\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter un tiers du lait, en passant \u00e0 travers un \u00e9cumoire pour retenir la gousse de vanille.\u00a0Bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter le reste du lait.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Remettre\u00a0le m\u00e9lange dans la casserole et faire chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen, en remuant constamment pour \u00e9viter\u00a0de\u00a0br\u00fbler et que l\u2019\u0153uf ne coagule pas.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque\u00a0la cr\u00e8me commence \u00e0 \u00e9paissir, retirer du feu et continuer \u00e0 remuer 1 minute. Transf\u00e9rer la cr\u00e8me dans un grand bol.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le chocolat hach\u00e9.\u00a0Remuer pour le faire fondre et m\u00e9langer avec la cr\u00e8me.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser refroidir un peu la cr\u00e8me (50\u00baC environ), ajouter le beurre en morceaux\u00a0et bien m\u00e9langer afin qu&rsquo;il soit int\u00e9gr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat. R\u00e9servez un bon moment dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avant de l&rsquo;utiliser. Couvrir de film\u00a0plastique en contact avec la cr\u00e8me pour la garder humide.
