Ils peuvent avoir\u00a0plusieurs saveurs, le plus classique \u00e9tant ceux aux pignons de pin. En plus, c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. M\u00e9langer le zeste avec\u00a0le sucre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">M\u00e9langer la pur\u00e9e de pomme de terre avec le sucre, puis incorporer le\u00a0poudre d&rsquo;amandes. P\u00e9trir un peu jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Envelopper la p\u00e2te avec du film\u00a0plastique et laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 3 heures environ.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 220\u00b0C, feu vo\u00fbte et sole.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur la plaque de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un bol, battre l\u2019\u0153uf. Placer une assiette\u00a0avec des pignons\u00a0de pin \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Sortir\u00a0la p\u00e2te du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.\u00a0La s\u00e9parer en morceaux de 15 grammes environ. Faire de chaque morceau une boule.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, mouiller chaque boule dans l\u2019\u0153uf, puis la recouvrir de pignons de pin en\u00a0lui donnant une forme ronde avec vos mains. Ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 presser\u00a0un peu pour bien coller\u00a0les pignons de pin.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer les panellets sur la plaque de cuisson et les badigeonner\u00a0l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec de l&rsquo;\u0153uf battu.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner pendant\u00a06 minutes environ ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les pignons\u00a0de pin soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat.
