C&rsquo;est facile de r\u00e9ussir, sauf qu&rsquo;ils n\u00e9cessitent un peu de temps et d&rsquo;attention. Mais oui, c&rsquo;est du confit! Vous devez les faire revenir\u00a0\u00e0 feu doux pour que les oignons lib\u00e8rent toute leur eau et que la chaleur termine par caram\u00e9liser les sucres qui sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s important de le faire\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0feu doux, si vous augmentez le feu l&rsquo;oignon va\u00a0brunir\u00a0et peut m\u00eame br\u00fbler.
