Quand j&rsquo;habitais \u00e0 Madrid j&rsquo;en faisais assez souvent. Cependant, je n&rsquo;en ai jamais autant mang\u00e9 que depuis que je suis\u00a0en\u00a0France. Ainsi, entre la faim et la mini-cuisine, j&rsquo;optais toujours pour acheter quelque chose en rentrant, dans une petite sandwicherie qu&rsquo;il y avait \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de tram o\u00f9 je devais faire la correspondance. Je dois dire que j&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9 pas mal de <strong>quiche lorraine<\/strong> sur mon chemin du retour.<\/p>\n<p>Voici la recette. Allez, op !
