L&rsquo;une des pr\u00e9parations charcuti\u00e8res\u00a0tr\u00e8s\u00a0populaires en France et typiquement Lyonnaise.\u00a0C&rsquo;est une saucisse de tripes! Elle\u00a0a une saveur tr\u00e8s forte et une odeur assez particuli\u00e8re. Oui c&rsquo;est \u00e7a l&rsquo;andouillete, on l&rsquo;adore vraiment, ou tout simplement on ne peut m\u00eame pas la voir. Il n&rsquo;y a jamais de juste milieu. En ce moment\u00a0je passe quelques temps\u00a0\u00e0 Lyon pour le travail, il me semble donc appropri\u00e9 de commencer mon voyage dans les\u00a0recettes Lyonnaises avec ce plat que j&rsquo;aime bien\u00a0:\u00a0l&rsquo;andouillette dans l&rsquo;une de ses pr\u00e9parations tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandues, la sauce \u00e0 la moutarde.
