Cette fois-ci un plat de <strong>porc aux palourdes<\/strong> en Cataplana, le r\u00e9cipient de cuisson portugais j&rsquo;ai achet\u00e9\u00a0l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier. Je ne peux pas dire que cette recette est typique portugaise, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une variation du porc \u00e0 <em>l&rsquo;alentejana<\/em>, qui normalement n&rsquo;a pas besoin de Cataplana. Cette \u00e9tape permet aux\u00a0palourdes de perdre\u00a0leur sable.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher,\u00a0laver et \u00e9mincer l&rsquo;oignon.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver le persil et la coriandre. S\u00e9cher et garder\u00a0les feuilles.
