Et\u00a0l\u00e0\u00a0c&rsquo;est le pays\u00a0des meilleurs marrons en France. En \u00e9t\u00e9 ce n&rsquo;est pas encore la saison\u00a0des ch\u00e2taignes, mais on peut d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0trouver les caract\u00e9ristiques boules vertes utilis\u00e9es surtout pour la\u00a0d\u00e9coration ; avec des pointes de partout : les boques. J&rsquo;ai achet\u00e9 pendant ce voyage un pot de miel de ch\u00e2taignier, un paquet de farine de ch\u00e2taigne et un gros pot de marrons en conserve. Les deux derniers je ne les ai pas encore utilis\u00e9s. Bien remuer pour int\u00e9grer\u00a0la g\u00e9latine.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Distribuer la pr\u00e9paration dans des ramequins ou des verrines.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser ti\u00e9dir, puis les mettre \u00e0 reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 4 heures.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat. Au moment de servir, ajouter une cuiller\u00e9e de miel de ch\u00e2taignier. Dans ce cas, vous devez \u00e9galement ajouter une feuille de g\u00e9latine en plus.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus de repos des <em>panna cotta<\/em>\u00a0en les pla\u00e7ant dans le cong\u00e9lateur.<\/li>\n<li>Apportez le pot de miel \u00e0 table pour vous en servir plus si vous le souhaitez.<\/li>\n<li>La <em>panna cotta<\/em> peut \u00eatre servi dans des verrines\u00a0individuelles ou \u00eatre d\u00e9moul\u00e9es.
