Nous sommes all\u00e9s d\u00eener avec le simple pr\u00e9texte qu&rsquo;il avait achet\u00e9 un tas\u00a0de girolles\u00a0au march\u00e9 et il ne pouvait pas attendre plus pour nous pr\u00e9parer son <strong>risotto aux girolles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Faire un risotto c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s facile. Il faut juste savoir que\u00a0nous devons ajouter le bouillon petit \u00e0 petit\u00a0et remuer afin que l&rsquo;amidon du riz se d\u00e9veloppe\u00a0et transforme ce plat avec\u00a0cette texture cr\u00e9meuse, caract\u00e9ristique du\u00a0risotto.<\/p>\n<p>Voulez-vous savoir comment pr\u00e9parer un <strong>risotto aux girolles<\/strong> ? Tailler\u00a0finement en julienne.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale, \u00e0 feu moyen, faire chauffer 1 cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l&rsquo;huile est chaude, ajouter les champignons et les faire revenir\u00a0quelques minutes. R\u00e9server avec tout le jus ils ont donn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une autre po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, faire chauffer\u00a03 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l&rsquo;huile est chaude, ajouter l&rsquo;oignon et le faire revenir\u00a0pendant quelques minutes, sans brunir.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le riz et m\u00e9langer avec l&rsquo;oignon. Faire dorer\u00a01 minute jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il prenne une couleur plus claire.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter les champignons et tout leur jus et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter une louche de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes chaud et remuer doucement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le riz absorbe le bouillon.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&rsquo;\u00e9tape pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le riz soit\u00a0pr\u00eat. Parfois, il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;utiliser tout le bouillon. Le processus peut prendre plus ou moins 20 minutes. V\u00e9rifier si le riz est cuit \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer la po\u00eale\u00a0du feu et m\u00e9langer avec le beurre froid coup\u00e9 en morceaux. Remuer d\u00e9licatement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le beurre soit\u00a0int\u00e9gr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, saupoudrer le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat.
