C&rsquo;est un\u00a0d\u00e9licieux plat des p\u00e2tes\u00a0avec de l&rsquo;aubergine, de la sauce tomate, du basilic frais et de la ricotta sal\u00e9e. Cette derni\u00e8re est un fromage originaire de Catane. Saler et poivrer. Remettre au feu pour r\u00e9duire encore un peu plus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfin, saupoudrer de quelques feuilles de basilic hach\u00e9es et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer dans une friteuse\u00a0beaucoup d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">S\u00e9cher les aubergines et les faire frire quand l&rsquo;huile est chaude jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 elles soient dor\u00e9es. R\u00e9server sur du papier absorbant.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Cuire les p\u00e2tes <em>al dente<\/em> selon les instructions du fabricant. R\u00e9server un peu de l&rsquo;eau de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">M\u00e9langez rapidement les p\u00e2tes\u00a0avec\u00a0l&rsquo;aubergine, la sauce tomate chaude et un trait\u00a0d&rsquo;eau de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat.
