Surtout dans les salades. C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai ressenti vu\u00a0les quantit\u00e9s de recettes qui circulent sur\u00a0le net. N\u00e9anmoins, je n&rsquo;avais jamais os\u00e9 les faire. Mais, cette ann\u00e9e j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9laborer une recette qui \u00e9tait dans ma liste \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 faire\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: des\u00a0<strong>amuse-bouches de past\u00e8que au\u00a0fromage de ch\u00e8vre<\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai pu\u00a0constater que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bon. Si vous consultez\u00a0la recette originale, vous verrez que j&rsquo;ai fait quelques am\u00e9liorations et simplifications, comme pr\u00e9senter le\u00a0fromage en tranches au lieu d&rsquo;en faire une cr\u00e8me, et aussi une touche de menthe.
