Parmi elles, on peut trouver le <a href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2011\/10\/lapin-a-la-moutarde-ancienne.html\">lapin \u00e0 la moutarde<\/a>, le<a href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2011\/12\/mijote-de-porc-aux-echalotes.html\"> porc aux \u00e9chalotes<\/a> ou les <a href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2011\/10\/boulettes-sauce-madere.html\">boulettes de viande en sauce Mad\u00e8re<\/a>. Ces recettes, m\u00eame si elles sont tr\u00e8s courantes en France, m&rsquo;ont beaucoup plu, je les ai command\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises et j&rsquo;ai eu le plaisir d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 les faire chez moi. La recette d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, <strong>cervelas \u00e0 l\u2019alsacienne<\/strong>, en est un exemple.
