Et c&rsquo;est vrai, parce que la meilleure fa\u00e7on de profiter des \u00ab\u00a0ribs\u00a0\u00bb est de les manger avec les mains. En plus, pr\u00e9parer le <strong>travers de porc \u00e0 la sauce barbecue<\/strong>\u00a0(ou <strong>BBQ ribs<\/strong>) comme au\u00a0restaurant c&rsquo;est vraiment facile. Oui, il faut juste pr\u00e9voir qu&rsquo;il faut les\u00a0pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, parce qu&rsquo;on doit\u00a0attendre pour que la viande s&rsquo;impr\u00e8gne du d\u00e9licieux go\u00fbt de cette sauce si appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e. Quand elle commence \u00e0 fr\u00e9mir, faire cuire le\u00a0travers\u00a0\u00e0 feu moyen-vif pendant une heure dans l&rsquo;eau fr\u00e9missante.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois cuit, les \u00e9goutter, les s\u00e9cher et les saler et poivrer selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Badigeonner\u00a0g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement le travers avec de la sauce barbecue.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laissez mariner quelques heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur dans un r\u00e9cipient ferm\u00e9\u00a0ou recouvert d&rsquo;un film plastique.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00baC, feu vo\u00fbte et sole.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer le travers \u00e0 l&rsquo;envers sur la grille du four et\u00a0enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer en position la plus basse du four un plateau avec de l&rsquo;eau pour ramasser la graisse de la viande pendant la cuisson.
