Le r\u00e9sultat est tr\u00e8s juteux. Un vrai r\u00e9gal\u00a0 pour vos papilles !<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;habitude de me pr\u00e9parer du\u00a0saumon assez souvent, comme vous l&rsquo;avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 devin\u00e9 si vous suivez le blog r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Poursuivre la cuisson jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me soit\u00a0int\u00e9gr\u00e9e avec les \u00e9pinards.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00baC,\u00a0feu vo\u00fbte et sole.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9parer\u00a0les pav\u00e9s de saumon:\u00a0enlever les \u00e9ventuels ar\u00eates\u00a0et la peau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper la plaque de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9 en 4 carr\u00e9s \u00e9gaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placez le saumon au\u00a0milieu de chaque carr\u00e9 et assaisonner le saumon.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer\u00a0les \u00e9pinards \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me par dessus et fermer\u00a0la p\u00e2te pour former un chausson. Coller les bords avec l&rsquo;\u0153uf battu.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Badigeonner\u00a0la surface de chaque chausson\u00a0de saumon avec l\u2019\u0153uf battu et faire une chemin\u00e9e au milieu pour lui permettre de\u00a0\u00abrespirer\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Cuire au four pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit dor\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est tout.
