Elles\u00a0sont consomm\u00e9es de cette fa\u00e7on comme tapas ou comme ap\u00e9ritif\u00a0dans tout le pays. En Espagne, il est facile de trouver des moules en conserve de bonne qualit\u00e9, mais n\u00e9anmoins, elles sont\u00a0\u00e9galement tr\u00e8s faciles\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai visit\u00e9 un amie \u00e0 Paris il y a quelques mois. Comme je suis d\u00e9j\u00e0 all\u00e9 plusieurs fois dans la capitale, cette derni\u00e8re visite \u00e9tait plus de la d\u00e9tente\u00a0que du tourisme. Pour l&rsquo;occasion, mon amie avait r\u00e9serv\u00e9 la derni\u00e8re bo\u00eete de moules \u00e0 l&rsquo;escab\u00e8che pour grignoter le\u00a0dimanche \u00e0 midi\u00a0autour d&rsquo;un bi\u00e8re.\u00a0C&rsquo;\u00e9tait une id\u00e9e genial\u00a0! Coupez-les en tranches.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-doux, faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l&rsquo;huile est chaude, ajouter l&rsquo;ail en tranches et les feuilles de laurier.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois l&rsquo;ail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9e, \u00e9teignez le feu. Laisser reposer une minute.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter les cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9\u00a0de paprika et remuer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Verser lentement\u00a0le vinaigre et bien m\u00e9langez.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Remettre la po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-doux et faire chauffer la marinade trois ou quatre minutes pour que le vinaigre s&rsquo;adoucisse un peu.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfin, verser la marinade sur\u00a0les moules et laisser refroidir. Puis mettre\u00a0dans le\u00a0r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur dans des pots ferm\u00e9s au moins une journ\u00e9e ou deux avant de consommer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est tout.
