Ce d\u00eener me donne l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de goutter par la premi\u00e8re fois le gratin dauphinois, mais c&rsquo;est pas moi qui choisis. Je prends un <i>filet mignon<\/i> avec des frites, car c&rsquo;est \u00e7a et le foie gras les seules choses que j&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 comprendre avec ma nullit\u00e9 en fran\u00e7ais. Cependant, ma chef, qui est aussi \u00e0 table avec nous, du coup crie \u00ab\u00a0No!\u00a0\u00bb en m&rsquo;\u00e9coutant demander le filet mignon avec des frites. \u00ab\u00a0Il faut que tu le prends avec un gratin! Saupoudrer de noix de muscade. Saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire cuire les pommes de terre dans le lait pendant une demie heure a feu moyen en remuent fr\u00e9quemment et doucement. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s important faire attention de ne pas br\u00fbler le lait.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer de feu, couvrir avec la couvercle et laisser reposer 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Frotter avec l&rsquo;autre ail toutte la surface d&rsquo;un plat allant au four.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois pass\u00e9es les 10 minutes, placer doucement les pommes de terre dans le plat en couches.
