Vous pouvez utiliser\u00a0une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque\u00a0la p\u00e2te ne colle plus au bol, la placer sur un surface farin\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">P\u00e9trir environ 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Former une boule et d\u00e9poser dans un grand bol beurr\u00e9. Couvrir avec un torchon\u00a0de cuisine propre et laisser reposer 4 heures ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle triple de volume.
