On appelle les\u00a0\u00e9pinards \u00e0 la catalane quand on cuisine\u00a0les \u00e9pinards \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec des raisins secs et pignons de pin. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bon fa\u00e7on omelette ou tortilla, comment on l&rsquo;appelle en Espagne.<\/p>\n<p>Il fut un temps o\u00f9 je rencontrais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement un petit groupe d&rsquo;amis pour \u00e9tudier. On avait l&rsquo;habitude de se r\u00e9unir le samedi ou le dimanche matin. Normalement nous commencions avec un petit d\u00e9jeuner qui de petit avait que le nom. Mais parfois, quand on avait pas trop envie de se lever t\u00f4t, on \u00e9tudiait d&rsquo;abord\u00a0puis on mangeais tous ensemble. M\u00eame pour le petit d\u00e9jeuner ainsi que pour le repas chacun de nous apportait toujours quelque chose. Je me souviens que dans l&rsquo;un de ces petits d\u00e9jeuners <a href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2009\/10\/cake-aux-pistaches.html\">mon cake au pistache<\/a>\u00a0a beaucoup plu. Je me souviens aussi que quand on pr\u00e9parait \u00e0 manger, notre plat pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e9tait toujours l&rsquo;omelette aux \u00e9pinards de l&rsquo;une de nos amies. Laisser \u00e9goutter dans une passoire pendant que vous continuez avec la suite de la recette.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et faire revenir les oignons.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter les raisins secs et les pignons de pin. Faire revenir deux minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, incorporer les \u00e9pinards bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9s. M\u00e9langer et faire revenir environ 5 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps. Laisser refroidir un peu.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Battre les \u0153ufs dans un grand bol et m\u00e9langer avec les \u00e9pinards. Saler selon votre gout. Ma mesure de sel est une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 pas tr\u00e8s remplie.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale de 23 \u00e0 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre environ, \u00e9taler sur la surface un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen-fort.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u0153uf et d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards dans la po\u00eale.
