Le tonkatsu est un plat typique du Japon et d&rsquo;ailleurs\u00a0tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Ce qui le rend sp\u00e9cial c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il est enrob\u00e9 du panko (la chapelure japonaise) et une fois frit il est tr\u00e8s croustillant. On peut le manger tout seul ou habituellement accompagn\u00e9 du choux chinois coup\u00e9 en julienne et de la sauce tonkatsu (une sauce qui ressemble \u00e0 la sauce Worcestershire en plus intense et que l&rsquo;on trouve dans les \u00e9piceries asiatiques). Avec une soupe de miso on en fait un repas complet. S\u00e9cher avant de saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Utilisez une huile ne donnant pas trop de go\u00fbt \u00e0 la friture comme celle de tournesol. Laisser tomber les m\u00e9langes d\u2019huiles pour fritures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Pour v\u00e9rifier si l&rsquo;huile est assez chaude, ajouter quelques miettes de panko.
