C&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire, qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s le travail je peux rencontrer mes amis en centre ville pour prendre un bi\u00e8re et faire une petite balade en rentrant. Ce type d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s souvent planifi\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, ici on a pas trop l&rsquo;habitude d&rsquo;improviser apr\u00e8s le travail ce que l&rsquo;on va faire le soir. Pour moi c&rsquo;est mieux, \u00e0 la fin on s&rsquo;habitue \u00e0 tout planifier \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance. \u00c7a me donne l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;anticiper quelque chose \u00e0 manger la veille. Ainsi lorsque on arrive on fait chauffer et on mange. Lorsque l&rsquo;eau bout, ajouter 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sel et le jus d&rsquo;un demi citron.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer les feuilles d&rsquo;endives ab\u00eem\u00e9es et les laver \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide. Retirer la partie plus dure de la tige, mais sans s\u00e9parer les feuilles.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire bouillir les endives de 10 \u00e0 20 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient tendres. Pour v\u00e9rifier si les endives sont tendres, les\u00a0percer avec un couteau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Bien \u00e9goutter les endives, les laisser refroidir un peu, puis les presser d\u00e9licatement pour \u00e9liminer autant d&rsquo;eau que possible.
