Le tout hach\u00e9 tr\u00e8s (tr\u00e8s) finement. Pour moi, l&rsquo;un des secrets pour r\u00e9ussir la sauce tartare c&rsquo;est de la laisser reposer quelques heures avant l&rsquo;utiliser, des fois m\u00eame toute la nuit. \u00c7a n&rsquo;est pas strictement n\u00e9cessaire. On pourrait l&rsquo;utiliser telle quelle, mais <strong>la laisser reposer la rends plus savoureuse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Parfois, lorsque je fais la cuisine, il me manque l&rsquo;un des ingr\u00e9dients. N\u00e9anmoins, rien ne m&#8217;emp\u00eache de continuer la recette. Je vous donne quelques exemples. Rien ne change si je ne mets pas des carottes dans les lentilles. La salade de carottes est aussi bonne m\u00eame si je n&rsquo;y ajoute pas une touche d&rsquo;ail. Du m\u00eame si on laisse tomber les moules dans les spaghetti aux fruits de mer. Cependant, il y a certains ingr\u00e9dients qui donnent une saveur particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 de nombreuses pr\u00e9parations. Des ingr\u00e9dients qui m\u2019enl\u00e8vent l&rsquo;envie de cuisiner si je me rends compte qu&rsquo;ils me manquent. C&rsquo;est ce qui arrive, par exemple, avec les poivrons rouges dans la salade russe ou l&rsquo;<strong>estragon dans la\u00a0sauce tartar<\/strong>e.
