Ce cocktail je le prenais tr\u00e8s souvent dans l&rsquo;un de mes bars pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s de Grenoble. Malheureusement, le sirop de rose je l&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 que dans des \u00e9piceries fines. Un peu cher, mais \u00e7a vaut la peine. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, je l&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 que pour deux pr\u00e9parations diff\u00e9rentes, le cocktail et cette recette de panna cotta. Le cocktail est d\u00e9licieux, la panna cotta, encore plus.<\/p>\n<h2>Voulez-vous savoir comment faire une <strong>panna cotta au sirop de rose et fruits rouges<\/strong> ?<\/h2>\n<p>Cette panna cotta a un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s doux, d\u00e9licat et \u00e9l\u00e9gant comme les roses. Attention, c&rsquo;est pourquoi vous risquez de perdre le go\u00fbt de la rose dans la panna cotta en ajoutant trop de coulis. Enfin, vous saviez bien c&rsquo;est mieux de faire manger des roses que de les offrir. Voici la recette. Allez, op ! Go\u00fbter, ajuster le sucre et \u00e9ventuellement encore du sirop selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Faire chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen, en remuant de temps en temps.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Pendant ce temps , tremper dans l&rsquo;eau froide les deux feuilles de g\u00e9latine. Environ 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Ajouter la g\u00e9latine bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9e \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me lorsqu&rsquo;elle est sur le point de bouillir. Baisser un peu le feu.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Bien m\u00e9langer et poursuivre la cuisson deux minutes sans faire bouillir, en remuant soigneusement.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Retirer du feu, remplir les verres, bols ou moules \u00e0 dessert et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Lorsque la panna cotta est presque froide, couvrir de film plastique et laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur environ trois ou quatre heures (ou toute la nuit).<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Au moment de servir, m\u00e9langer un trait de sirop de rose avec le coulis de votre choix et en ajouter juste un peu au-dessus de la panna cotta.
