Cette version l\u00e0, je l&rsquo;appelle : \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9interpr\u00e9tation de la pa\u00eblla\u00a0\u00bb. Pour quoi comme \u00e7a ? Parce que la premi\u00e8re fois que je l&rsquo;ai cuisin\u00e9 pour mes amis, l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;entre eux (de Valencia), m&rsquo;ai dit : \u00c7a c&rsquo;est pas de la pa\u00eblla. Et je lui r\u00e9pondu : Tu as raison, c&rsquo;est une r\u00e9interpr\u00e9tation de la pa\u00eblla. Mais bon, je rigolait. C&rsquo;est vrai que ce n&rsquo;est pas une vrai recette de paella, d&rsquo;ailleurs on l\u2019appelle \u00ab\u00a0riz campagnard\u00a0\u00bb car il est cuit \u00e0 la po\u00eale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J&rsquo;ai tr\u00e8s souvent\u00a0des souvenirs pendant que je fasse la cuisine de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque o\u00f9 j&rsquo;\u00e9tais d\u00e9butant. Un de ces jours, au supermarch\u00e9, \u00a0je trouve une boite de\u00a0pr\u00e9paration\u00a0pour la <strong>pa\u00eblla<\/strong> (congel\u00e9e d&rsquo;ailleurs), toute pr\u00eate \u00e0 faire cuire. \u00c0 ce moment l\u00e0, le seul plat de riz que je sais faire c&rsquo;est du <a title=\"Riz \u00e0 la cubaine\" href=\"http:\/\/estoyhechouncocinillas.com\/2012\/03\/arroz-la-cubana-con-atun.html\">riz \u00e0 la\u00a0cubaine<\/a>, \u00a0mais&#8230; devant moi, cette fois, c&rsquo;est de la pa\u00eblla, quoi ! C&rsquo;est juste\u00a0n\u00e9cessaire\u00a0de mettre du riz, du sel et de l&rsquo;eau&#8230; \u00c7a m&rsquo;ouvre une nouvelle porte pour les dimanches suivants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e9anmoins, petit a petit, je perds la peur de cuisiner une pa\u00eblla. Un jour j&rsquo;oublie expr\u00e8s d&rsquo;acheter la\u00a0pr\u00e9paration\u00a0et j&rsquo;ose la faire d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but en demandant \u00e0 ma maman comment elle fait ces plats de riz. Elle commence par m&rsquo;expliquer son riz au poulet. Un autre jour, elle me dit que en ajoutant des calmars et des crevettes on a un plat de pa\u00eblla mixte. En cuisinant, en cuisinant, faire de la pa\u00eblla ne devient plus un myst\u00e8re. Je peux faire en toute simplicit\u00e9 beaucoup de plats de riz diff\u00e9rents, m\u00eame une pa\u00eblla noire, et pourquoi pas, un bon risotto de temps en temps. C&rsquo;\u00e9tatit un petit chemin \u00e0\u00a0ma\u00eetriser\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;art du riz\u00a0\u00bb. Un voyage plein d&rsquo;\u00e9checs. Je dois dire que je me souviens tr\u00e8s bien ! R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans la m\u00eame huile, ajouter le poivron et le faire revenir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 qu&rsquo;il soit tendre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mixer au blender les tomates, les gousses d&rsquo;ail, le sucre, un peu de poivre selon le go\u00fbt et les clous de girofle<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de tomates dans la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser cuire a feu moyen-doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 que la tomate aie perdu son eau, en remuent fr\u00e9quemment pour \u00e9viter que la tomate ne br\u00fble.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le chorizo, remuer un peu et retirer du feu tout de suite.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mouiller avec le bouillon.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le riz en le saupoudrant par tout la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Salez selon le go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer 10 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen-fort.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter au dessus\u00a0les\u00a0lani\u00e8res de poivron de \u00ab\u00a0piquillo\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer 10 minutes \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer du feu,\u00a0couvrir avec un torchon propre pour absorber l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et laisser reposer environ 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Et voil\u00e0, c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !
