Les petits ravioli de Romans, une ville \u00e0 cot\u00e9 de Grenoble. J&rsquo;ai vu que ces ravioles peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour diff\u00e9rentes pr\u00e9parations, simplement poch\u00e9es, au four, ou m\u00eame frites. Mais, je ne vais pas trop vous parler de ces recettes. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e9re vous faire d\u00e9couvrir sur le blog mes plats pr\u00e9f\u00e8r\u00e9s \u00e0 base de ravioles. Notamment, ceux que je cuisine chez moi et parfois quelques inventions. Alors, pour commencer cette d\u00e9couverte des plats de ravioles, nous allons commencer par l&rsquo;un des plus courant : le <strong>gratin de ravioles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que la recette plus clasique est <a href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2013\/12\/ravioles-du-dauphine.html\">les ravioles poch\u00e9es<\/a>, le gratin de ravioles est aujour&rsquo;hui un plat de jour tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandu dans les brasseries de la r\u00e9gion. Surtout en hiver. M\u00eame, les restaurants proposent tr\u00e8s souvent des variations autour de cette recette.
