Pour ne pas dire qu\u2019avant je l\u2019utilisais tr\u00e8s rarement et maintenant au moins un des plats que je cuisine pendant la semaine a un peu de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. M\u00eame si comme \u00e7a c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9licieux, vu que la cr\u00e8me adoucit le go\u00fbt un peu \u00ab\u00a0piquant\u00a0\u00bb des \u00e9pinards, j\u2019ai l\u2019habitude d\u2019ajouter un peu d\u2019ail, d\u2019oignon et d\u2019\u00e9chalote. \u00c0 mon avis, ce petit m\u00e9lange am\u00e9liore le plat.
