Badigeonner toute la surface avec de l&rsquo;\u0153uf, \u00e9craser les bords avec une fourchette pour les sceller et faire un petit trou au centre pour permettre \u00e0 la tarte de respirer.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous utilisez des <strong>\u00e9pinards congel\u00e9s<\/strong>, pr\u00e9parez-les \u00e0 la po\u00eale selon les indications du fabricant.<\/li>\n<li>N&rsquo;oubliez pas de <strong>faire tremper les raisins secs<\/strong>, sinon ils vont br\u00fbler.<\/li>\n<li>Note explicative : Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette tarte de nombreuses fois, j&rsquo;ai fini par <strong>ajouter les pignons de pin \u00e0 la fin<\/strong> (ou m\u00eame apr\u00e8s la cuisson) pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;ils br\u00fblent. J&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 de les faire tremper \u00e9galement, mais je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le r\u00e9sultat sans trempage.
