Ce n&rsquo;est pas parce qu&rsquo;elles sont tr\u00e8s \u00e9labor\u00e9es ou sophistiqu\u00e9es, mais le contraire. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire, des recettes avec peu d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients et une pr\u00e9paration simple. Recettes avec lesquelles vous pouvez vous r\u00e9galer par l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieuse et exquise combinaison de produits. C&rsquo;est le cas de cette recette de tartare de Saint-Jacques. Une recette facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer que je sers des fois quand je veux faire plaisir et surprendre quelqu&rsquo;un. Si vous la testez, vous me dirais ce que vous pensez de cette combinaison de saveurs et de textures qui m\u00e9langent des Saint-Jacques fondantes et des noisettes croquantes&#8230; Je l&rsquo;aime vraiment.<\/p>\n<p>Cette recette n&rsquo;est pas une invention \u00e0 moi. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une adaptation d&rsquo;un plat que j&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9 au\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.caffeforte.com\">caffe forte<\/a>, un restaurant \u00e0 Grenoble, lors d&rsquo;un repas d&rsquo;anniversaire. Je l&rsquo;ai aim\u00e9 tout de suite, donc je n&rsquo;ai pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 la garder pour moi.
