Retirez ensuite du feu, ajoutez le lait froid et fouettez vigoureusement avec un fouet pour \u00e9viter les grumeaux. R\u00e9chauffez et laissez cuire pendant 10 minutes \u00e0 feu doux, en remuant fr\u00e9quemment. Enfin, ajoutez le sel et le poivre et assaisonnez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de noix de muscade.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C&rsquo;est maintenant le tour de la garniture. Nettoyez bien les blettes, s\u00e9parez les c\u00f4tes des feuilles et coupez les premi\u00e8res en petits morceaux et hachez les feuilles.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faites chauffer deux cuill\u00e8res d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale et faites-y revenir les c\u00f4tes avec l&rsquo;autre oignon hach\u00e9 pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les c\u00f4tes soient tendres.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajoutez ensuite l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9, m\u00e9langez bien et ajoutez les feuilles. Faire sauter pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes environ jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les feuilles soient tendres. \u00c7a ne prend pas longtemps.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Transf\u00e9rer les blettes dans un bol et m\u00e9langer avec les crevettes hach\u00e9es, la ricotta, les \u0153ufs battus et le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9.
